The Word Made Flesh
The last item on the list of instructions given to Jonas for his assignment as the Receiver, given to him by the Giver.  The Giver was one of my favorite books growing up, and still is today.  This line always stuck out to me because to be able to lie was such a weird concept, but by lying, Jonas was able to discover the truth.
