fuckyeahtattoos: okay, so besides the fact that i look like i have no arm.. (i was raising it so you guys could see my tattoo) this is a work i progress i’ve been goin at for a year now. it’s two parts: text: “After such a fall as this, I shall think nothing of tumbling down the stairs.” it’s from Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland. I got this in January 2010, after my roommate died of an overdose and right before my best friend’s mom died. It’s a little reminder to me that if I can handle things that are bad or even traumatic, I shouldn’t stress over the small stuff. It’s also my favorite book! I got this done at Ace’s Tattoo in Denton, TX. roses: they’re traditional roses, but I’m (eventually) getting them filled red and blue, to resemble the Deftones’ self-titled album. They’re my favorite band. Always have, always will be. I got the roses done at A Living Canvas Tattoo in Lewisville, TX.
